The fully automatic pillow-type packaging machine operates with the rotation of a variable-frequency stepless speed control motor, which drives the gear chain type continuously variable transmission through a V-belt. The transmission speed is adjusted by the speed control chain inside the gearbox, resulting in different rotational speeds. Then, this speed is transmitted to the planetary differential mechanism through a synchronous belt, allowing for the adjustment of the length of the paper film transportation and the output shaft of the gearbox to be driven by the chain transmission, causing the paper film to rotate and transport the paper film. The setting of the output length of the paper film can be manually operated on the gear chain speed controller. During the packaging process, it is monitored by photoelectric tracking color marks. At the same time, the gearbox also realizes the movement of packaging objects through multiple sets of chain transmission, including the conveyor belt, paper feeding wheel, sealing wheel, cross-sealing knife, and finished product conveyor belt.
The packaging paper film roll is installed on the shaft roller, and the packaged object is placed in the feeder (for irregularly shaped objects, manual feeding is required). The conveyor belt automatically transports the packaged object to the packaging position. It is packaged in the paper film and then heated and shaped, and then sent to the cross-sealing knife for heat sealing and cutting. Finally, the finished product is output by the conveyor belt.
