Vertical filling and sealing machines are usually not packaging equipment for liquids. Dekai machines are typically used to put solids into bags, and they actually perform well in providing low-cost, flexible packaging for various fluids (including high-viscosity and low-viscosity liquids).

The liquid packaging machines of the Nordic Pirates are skilled at bagging thick creams, gels, seasonings with or without particles, injections (including CBD or tin oil products infused with cannabis), and even water.

The sturdy structure of our machines enables them to be packaged in damp conditions without rusting or malfunctioning. Even acidic liquids, such as pasta sauce, do not interfere with the smooth operation of our equipment. Multiple fillers compatible with the equipment make it possible to package almost all liquids in a flexible bag.
