Automatic Pillow Packaging Machine Fault Analysis and Solution Strategies

1. The cutting position of the fully automatic pillow packaging machine deviates from the color mark:

If the color mark tracking is not enabled, the color mark is too light, or the film drive slips, you can switch the tracking mode to "Track Cut" in the human-machine interface tracking mode interface, or refer to the random photoelectric eye manual to adjust the sensitivity of the photoelectric eye; adjust the pressure of the glue roller or the tightness of the brake to solve the problem.

2. The cutting knife cuts on the product:

The push rod and the cutting knife are not synchronized, the knife holder is too high or too low, and the packaging speed is too fast. Refer to the manual to adjust the position of the push finger, adjust the height of the end sealing component, and make the cutting knife meshing center at the middle position of the product height or reduce the packaging speed.

3. Fuzzy and wrinkled marks appear at the sealing part:

The temperature is too high, the speed is too slow, and the heat resistance of the outer layer of the film is poor. You can adjust the temperature, adjust the speed, or replace the film material to solve the problem.

4. The seal is not firm or there is a leakage seal:

The temperature is too low, the speed is too fast, or the heat sealing property of the inner layer of the film is poor. You can replace the heating element, change the solid-state relay, replace the thermocouple, or replace the temperature control meter to solve the problem.

5. The temperature meter cannot control the temperature:

The heating element is damaged, the solid-state relay is burned out, the thermocouple is damaged, or the temperature control meter is damaged. You can replace the heating element, change the solid-state relay, replace the thermocouple, or replace the temperature control meter to solve the problem.

The self-check fault of the system fault controller of the fully automatic pillow packaging machine: When this fault occurs, you should contact the supplier in time; if the fault has been eliminated, simply press the ESC key and the system will automatically return to the running screen.
