How to maintain a vertical packaging machine (2)?

Vertical packaging machines are mostly used in the packaging production of small snacks in daily life. The packaging style not only meets the national hygiene standards but also meets the aesthetic standards. And it occupies a large market share in the packaging machinery industry. We need to make regular lubrications of vertical packaging machines.

1. Rolling bearings are the parts that wear out more severely in machinery. Therefore, each rolling bearing should be greased with a grease gun once every two months or so.

2. Different parts require different types of lubricating oil. For instance, the shaft sleeves on the packaging film idler rollers and the shaft sleeves at the front sprocket of the feeding conveyor should be filled with 40# mechanical oil in a timely manner.

3. Lubrication of chains is common and relatively simple. Each sprocket and chain should be timely dripped with mechanical oil with a kinematic viscosity greater than 40#.

4. The clutch is the key to starting the Vertical Packaging Machine. Lubricating grease should be added to the clutch part in a timely manner.
